Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Vision is operated by TVBG LLC ("Vision", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Vision you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with TVBG LLC governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Vision is a guided manifestation and meditation platform that helps you write future-memory vignettes and converts them into personalized audio meditations. The service is provided as a software-as-a-service product accessed through our website.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Vision. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions, payment & billing

Vision Pro is offered on a monthly ($8.99/month) or yearly ($79/year) recurring subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• using Vision for any unlawful purpose, fraud, harassment, or spam;
• infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
• uploading malware, probing or scraping the service, or interfering with its security or availability;
• reverse engineering, decompiling, reselling, or redistributing the service;
• circumventing usage limits, paywalls, or technical restrictions.

6. AI-generated content

Vision uses third-party AI providers to generate meditation audio and writing feedback. You are responsible for the prompts and vignettes you submit and for how you use the outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose and are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You must have the right to any content you provide as input. We may moderate, filter, or remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the vignettes and other content you create. You grant TVBG LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

8. Intellectual property

TVBG LLC retains all rights in the Vision software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Vision according to your subscription plan and these terms.

9. Service availability & warranties

We work hard to keep Vision available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVBG LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. On termination, you may lose access to your content; we may delete inactive account data after 12 months.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
